Returns & Exchanges

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Opened software and special-order items are non-returnable. Please verify compatibility before opening software or placing special orders.

Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Repair Warranty

All repair labor is backed by a 90-day warranty from the date of service. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will diagnose and resolve it at no additional labor charge.

Parts warranty varies by manufacturer. We will provide warranty information for any replacement parts installed during service.

This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party software.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due at the time of service or pickup unless prior billing arrangements have been made for approved business accounts.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We do not sell customer information to third parties under any circumstances.

Your contact information is used solely for order updates, service notifications, and direct communication related to your transactions with SWS Electronics Inc.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data and maintain the confidentiality of your records.

Onsite Service Terms

Our onsite service rate is $100 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. Time is billed in half-hour increments after the first hour.

Travel fees may apply for service requests outside Tucson city limits. We will disclose any travel charges when scheduling your appointment.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a fee.
